Healthy Nutrients Programs

Introduce the child to healthy nutrition program very early on in their infancy. When the child graduates from Mother’s Milk to more diverse food program, that is the time when simple habits of feeding the child with drinking water over fruit juices or milk could be a good idea, the child develops a definitive liking for the element and develops thirsts for water which is a good sign for improving child’s health. Fruits, natural juice, organic foods can all be well constructed diet program for the development of a child’s health.

Connect

Connect physically (through sound, smell, and touch) and emotionally with your child. It creates a sense of security within the mindset of the child, very essential in the overall context of improving children’s health & their mental development. Children who develop these attribute early are seen to be more confident in their teens and their adulthood.

Reduce Household Toxins.

It is a huge temptation on the part of the parents to run to toy stores and buy all the toys they could get for their darling child, good thought though but do ask yourselves these simple questions. Do the toys have toxins? Can I avoid them in totality? Is my child’s health at risk? Children’s are healthier in an ambience with lesser toxin surroundings than the ones in where you have it in abundance. Avoid Plastic

Engage

Engage the child in mental activity. Do not engage them to preschool related activity; they will anyway learn it when they are in school. Engage them in a way they can relate themselves to the surroundings and start distinguishing things around them. Find out what they like in their surroundings and why, this will help you understand their mental activity better. These healthy exercises will improve children’s ability to think rationally and help them take better decision in life as they grow up.

Table Manners

Sounds too early but trust me a must for every Parent’s to develop good and healthy table manners while serving children their food, ensure they are at the dining table while eating and does not matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. Do not allow the children’s to develop habits of having their food in front of the TV or in the sofa or at the bed. Early inculcation of such healthy habits is very essential for healthy improvement of the child.

How to stay healthy?

To stay Healthy is to stay Wealthy. Then how do I stay healthy thus stay wealthy?
To start thinking about one’s own health is the first step. Naturally the next question in one’s mind is “what is there to think about health”?
We think about money, god, shopping, holidays, children, occupation, women, sex, and everything under the sun, which makes us think but definitely not about health, till we fall sick and complain about ill health or take it up with a Doctor
So what is it that we need to think about health?
To start thinking about health we need to start loving, cherishing, nourishing our health and consider it to be an integral part of our body and daily thinking habit, we can start thinking about health as a friend and wish oneself good health every morning, mid day, afternoon, evening and before going to bed. We can thank good health for everything we are today and will be in future. We should not think of success eluding the thought of health.
To stay healthy, we need to think healthy, eat healthy, live healthy, sleep healthy and wake up healthy, meet healthy people, work in a healthy environment.
We have to shed the Myth of “Eating Healthy keeps one healthy” though it is a qualifier for living a healthy life.
Generally we greet people and start asking “how are you”? We can change all these by start asking “Are you feeling healthy”? We can stop saying “Good Bye” and start wishing “Good health”
So starting today we will strive to stay Healthy, Wealthy & Wise and help others stay Healthy, Wealthy & Wise.
